Roasted root vegetable soup with carrot and parsnip crisps.
Classic French onion soup topped with a gruyère cheese crouton.
Classic prawn cocktail.
Chicken liver parfait, red onion marmalade, ciabatta crostini.
Potato rosti with smoked salmon, poached egg & hollandaise sauce.

Classic roast turkey, chestnut stuffing, pigs in blankets, bread sauce, goose fat roast potatoes, cranberry compote, seasonal vegetables and rich gravy.
Steamed suet steak and ale pudding seasonal vegetables and golden goose fat roast potatoes.
Pan-fried salmon with a tomato and courgette salsa & balsamic reduction.
Rib eye/fillet steak & chips, mushroom, tomato and mixed salad, choice of garlic butter, hollandaise or peppercorn sauce (supplement applies - rib eye £5/fillet £7).
Gratin of wild mushrooms, chestnuts and potatoes topped with a herb crust.

Plum tomato, halloumi, red onion & spinach tartlet, rocket & roasted garlic dressing.
Smoked salmon & scallops with a creamy lemon and dill sauce.
